TSPlus Remote Support

Hi to all :)

I am looking for a solution for instant remote access that would be used by our support. As a long-time TSPlus user, I wanted to use TSPlus Remote Support, but I ran into some problems there.

First, it seems to require admin rights to start? When started as a normal user, nothing happens. This is very inconvenient because our users often do not have admin rights on the computers they work on. We have several thousand users, so we can't make any special settings on those computers.

Second, it often happens that the program crashes.

Finally, the command response is slow and there is some timeout after each command. Sometimes the screen display gets messed up when the mouse cursor is moved quickly.

Do you have any advice on how to overcome these problems? I know it's a new product and it takes some time to get things right. Is there a new version planned?
