Failed to validate the hardware identifier

Hello,

we have recently moved the VM, which TSplus mobile web edition is installed, to another physical host. when the move is completed, License status in TSplus Administration Console shows "Failed to validate the hardware identifier" and we can only have 2 people login at the same time. how can we fix this problem?

Hello,

You will need to open a support ticket so that we can diagnose and fix your issue. This happens when you change your hardware bin installing TSplus on a different computer.
