Terminal Service Plus

Hello everybody,

I'm using tsplus since the ts traveler version and i enjoy it

On one windows 10 pro, i installed tsplus system version and it was working perfectly.

But, last week, when connecting remotely, i saw 3 black flashing windows and then the connection cuts of automatically.

I can reconnect right after but the problems remains the same : these flashing windows, and the deconnection.

I restarted the server and it helped but the problem is coming again today.

I got this problem an another computer about 6 months ago and i formated the computer as it was easier and faster to do...

But this time, it is not possible to format it so i need to fix it.

Anyone got an idea? else, i will reinstall the tsplus software but i d prefer to fix it to avoid to get the same problem later.

Hello,

There are many reasons why you would experience such issue. Try assigning the remote desktop first, and open a session with a RDP client first. it might give you some insight on the reason why this occurs.

Open a support ticket if this issue persist.

What do you mean by "Try assigning the remote desktop first and open a session with a RDP client first" ? I can connect on local desktop and i have no problem.

When i try to add a RDP session, it opens but i get these black screen flashing.

You are right, i am gonna open a support ticket , how do i do that please ?
