Support licencing problem

My support service expires on 04/22/2021, I just bought a support for 2 years and activated it on the server but it keeps showing me that it expires on 04/22/2021. Will the new period be automatically updated when the current one expires? I wouldn't want to be without support activated after 4/22.
I opened "licensing" ticket several days ago but I have no response.
Can anybody help me?
