Users getting 2fa prompt after upgrading to latest tsplus 14.60

We do not have 2fa on our server. Some users (not all) are getting the 2fa prompt when trying to log on.
We're running tsplus 14.60.3.11. We just upgraded from 14.50 on 3/14. During the day on 3/15, some of the users started seeing the 2fa prompt. We have not purchased or installed 2fa
How can we stop it prompting for 2fa on our server, when we don't have 2fa?
Updated 4pm 3/15. The same user reported that some users are seeing the following logon screen, which is missing the password prompt.
