Intermittent Slow Response

Hi

I do not know if this is a TSPlus issue or not but since we upgraded to verions 14.50.1.6 there are frequent slow downs in performance. For example it can take 45 seconds from when you click on the BruteForce tab in Advanced Security until the page is displayed. The same happens when I click on one of my apps that usually loads in 1-2 seconds can take 30 or more seconds. This Windows 2019 Server has mirrored SSD drives, 32gig of ram and runs at 10% CPU. My connection to the server is over gigabyte ethernet.

When we upgraded TSPLus I also applied all the Windows updates so maybe it is related to the Windows updates. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue?

Hi

I noticed now that the WMI Provider Host is using 90% of the cpu. Normally it uses very little cpu so I do not know the reason for the high useage now.

Hello, I also have this problem with some users. Windows Server 2016. In the previous version of TSplus I did not have this kind of slowness.

Hi,

Many 2016 Windows updates are known to make the server slower, checking this option to disable the "per user services" will help :

Hello,

You need check your server windows log and monitor hardware resources here. Your server might be undersized for your need.
