Problem uploading files in html5 client

Running the latest TSPlus.
When uploading a file by dragging and dropping on the html5 screen, often we get an error in a pop up in the lower right side of the screen that reads "Error: folder not available, not logged in?" but the user is logged in and all else is working correctly. If the user logs out and logs back in the problem goes away.
