Hi
I am wondering whether it is possible to set a default printer tray in the connection client. I have a user that prints work orders from tray 2 on Konica-Minolta C360 laser printer. The problem is that it is printed via Libre Office automation and there is no easy way to set the tray using automation.
Thanks,
Simon

Re: Setting Printer Tray
Hello,
The way you can do this is by using the "Preview with the local PDF reader".

Hi
Yes I can do that but the customer is in a busy office and they print work orders for technicians so the print jobs go directly to the printer so extra steps just slow down the process.

Re: Setting Printer Tray
Hello,
In this case the best course of action would be to directly install these printers drivers on the TSplus server implying that they are network printers with the full set of drivers needed so that you can benefit from all the printing options from a remote session.
