Terminal Service Plus

Hi,

i face a very strange issue:

with one specific user i only get a black screen with a blinking taskbar (only windows icon and search icon on the left and dat/time on the right) after logon with HTML client or Windows client.

I already created this user completly new, deleting all related profile folders but the error remains. When i create a new user with a different name, all is fine.

Did someone face such an issue himself?

Any ideas welcome

Hi,

This is hard to diagnose because my answer will vary depending on the operating system you use on server side.

If you cannot solve your issue, delete user profile and use the new one.
