Folders remaining

Hi,
we are using TS plus on our Gestan Cloud servers.
Many folders with a number are remaining in Users > XXX > AppData > Roaming
(cf screenshot attached)
We have to delete them folder after folder...
Why do they not delete by themselves after each disconnection ?
Can you tell us how to fix it ?
