Hi,
i have several TSplus installation where the universal printer is not working anymore on the generated client and on the web client. On the web client there ist also the universal printer (redirect), which works well.
All installations are at least on TSplus 12.30.5.27.
Is there a known issue with that?
How can i reactivate the universal printer?
The Admin Tool shows no problems with the universal printer.

What i found out is, that the local printer dialogue is not always popping up in front of the running RDP windows (it is fullscreen), but in the back of the RDP window. This is not good, because a user cannot see this window.
So there seems to be a focus issue with the local printer dialogue.
Tested on several TSplus installation.
Please check this urgent, all of my customer installations are affected.

Hello,
There was an issue with the way the print jobs was sent to the client with the version you are using, updating to the latest release should solve this issue.
