Target RDP-Server not accessible/session unstable!

Post by bzdega » Mon Oct 15, 2018 6:52 am

Hi,

after updating 2 TSPlus Installations to TSPlus 11.60.10.14 i got a message at logon saying:
Target RDP Server not accessible! 127.0.0.1:3389
When i try to logon a 2nd or 3rd time, the login is successful.

If have this behavior on every System which was updated to the new 11.60 release.

And to make things even worse, the session are very unstable, they close randomly and the user gets back to the login page.

I'm using the TSPlus Weblogin.

This has broken my productive Installations, so quick help is needed. Any ideas?

Michael

Hello,

Could you open a support ticket and provide us with a way to connect to your server so that we can investigate ?

Hi,

Were you able to solve the problem??

I have a similar issue. I suspected to be the server collapsing after too much Failed Logins on the Web Access.

An account failed to log on.

In my case the old RDP-Defender installation (which is not supported anymore) was causing my problems after i upgraded to 11.60.x.

I uninstalled RDP-Defender and all worsks fine again.
