RDP Connection requires Multiple Attempts

Hi

I do not know whether this problem is related to TSPlus or the latest Windows 10 update but when I try to connect to any TSPLus server the RDP dialog says "Connecting" and then disappears. I have to re-try 5 or 6 times before I actually connect to the server. It use to always connect on the first try. I am using Windows 10 Pro and connecting to Windows 2012 Server Standard using TSPlus version 11.50.9.16.

Networking ? Internet quality ? Proxy on client side ?
Only windows updates was changing ?

Hi

There is no proxy. I have high speed Internet 60meg down and 10 meg up. Windows 10 Pro updates automatically. The servers are updated quarterly and other than that they are not changed. I think the problem is with my Windows 10 client because other users are not complaining about this issue.

Hello i ve got the same problem whith a server 2016 with the last version of TSPLUS since on or two month , sometimes you should wait 5 or ten minutes and after it work .
during the same time an other client try to connect and no problem.
it seem that the problem come from the local computer because the message come really quick

Hello,

These issues are related to a recent windows update. Roll back to previous windows state should solve this issue.

MSTSC.EXE and MSTSC.DLL have problems with connecting? Is there a thread on a microsoft support thread on this. We need to make this known.

I am assuming HTML5 does not have this issue?

I have the same problem ... I am using the last version of Ts-plus on Windows Server 2012 R2.
Any solutions ??

Hello,

The only thing to do here is to update with latest Windows patch and latest TSplus fix here : https://dl-files.com/beta/UpdateRelease.exe
If this issue persist you may need to restore your server to an earlier state.
