Floating panel displays all black

We have 3 servers running TSPlus Enterprise Edition with unlimited users and we use load balancing.
After installing the latest update, the floating panel displays all black and you cannot see any buttons.
Some users get the normal floating panel when they sign in but at least 10 of them get just a full black panel.
The links still work but everything displays totally black.
We created a remote desktop client for those users with the problem and the floating panel will display properly that way.
But we prefer to use just the floating panel and not a desktop.
