Export to local drive not working

Dears,
I'm using TSplus RemoteApp on Win2k16 server and I'm trying to save some documents on my local drive and I'm facing the following problems:
1- Browsing local drives/folders and subfolders is slow as hell.
2- Saving a pdf file by exporting it from the accounting software to local drives never worked.
Please advise.
