Setting domain placement

Post by chadPT » Tue Jun 05, 2018 7:28 pm

Is it possible to set the domain and username format to username@domain instead of domain\username? I am trying to get around the 20 character username limit of the pre-Windows 2000 domain style (domain\username).

Thank you,

Chad

Hello,

Yes it is possible to use UPN names. To do so, leave the domain field empty and enter your UPN name in the user field of either the client generator or web portal.

Ok. Just to confirm: so there is no way to 'hard code' it where the user doesn't have to manually type the @domain.com part of their UPN name?

Hello,

Our customers hardly use UPN.
I do not know what you mean by "hard coded".
However, for the past 3 years we did not received any inquiries about UPNs.

Kind regards

John
