I have tested trial version 11.10 of TSPlus. Everything was ok until I updated app to the newest version 11.10.1.11. Since then I can't connect to admin console (using 'mstsc /admin' command). Every time new session is opened (like using 'mstsc' command).
We have one application that can't be run as service, so I need to run it in console session. Now it is not possible - I must have one session opened all the time on computer which works 24/7
We used Graphon software and now want to switch to another soft (TSPlus or Thinstuff). We were close to buy TSPlus, but now we are not so sure to do this
Can't login to console after update to v. 11.10.1.11

Most probably you have not only updated Tsplus but installed other Windows updates whereafter you have lost the ability to connect to console session.
Tsplus is based on default RDP protocol services and if your server does not offer console session you won't get it with Tsplus too.The /admin option lets you connect to Session 0 on a remote computer that doesn’t have Windows Vista SP1, Windows XP SP3 or Windows Server 2008 or later installed.

Re: Can't login to console after update to v. 11.10.1.11
Only TSPlus was updated. Last windows update was "2017-12 Security Monthly Quality Rollup for Windows Server 2012 R2 for x64-based Systems (KB4054519)" installed on 13th of December 2017
Before installing update of TSPlus everything worked fine. Even this TSPlus update I installed from admin console.
EDIT:
I have over a dozen virtual machines with the same system Windows Server 2012R2 with the same updates from Microsoft and I can connect to console to all of them except this one with latest TSPlus.

Re: Can't login to console after update to v. 11.10.1.11
Connecting directly via mstsc.exe to console session of Win2012 is definetively not possible. Microsoft removed this feature as security risk already on older Windows versions.
On demo.tsplus.net runs Windows2012r2 with older v10.50.10.31 version, and running "mstsc.exe /admin /v:demo.tsplus.net" definetively does not connect me to console session there but creates new one as exepected. Also console session direct access with mstsx.exe/admin is not supported on Win2012.
How you did that before what you claim to have done is for me a wonder.
But to install anything as Administrator you do not need console session at all, however that does not matter in your case.

Re: Can't login to console after update to v. 11.10.1.11
You are right, this is not console session. Excuse me
But TSPlus has set 'terminating disconnected session' to 1 minute. I set it to Never few minutes ago.
Second option is 'allow multiple sessions per user'. I switched to 'Only one session per user, the second session will capture the first one'
This is what I search for
