Can we display a message when an app is already in use?

We are experiencing an issue where Chromium won't open for the second user that attempts to connect (with the same credentials). I'd love for that not to happen but maybe that is by design. When this happens, the user sees the RemoteApp screen for a second or two and then it just goes away (because in the background, Chromium is not being allowed to run). In instances like this, is there a way to tell/show the user that someone else is using that app/account? Right now you aren't sure if someone else is using it or if something is wrong ... because you don't get a message, etc.

I have a similar question about the RemoteApp screen but this is a completely different question so I split them up!
