Universal Printer release V3 - margin issues

Our issue is when printing from different clients, same operating systems, same printer drivers, same printers, all connecting via HTML 5, the printer margins are consistently off on one client.

Stats:
Server:
Server 2012 R2 with TSPlus 10.40.7.22 - default print device on the server is the Universal Printer.

Clients: Al Clients connect via HTML 5
Client operating systems: Windows 10 Pro Creators Update
Browser used to access SME: Google Chrome version: 59.0.3071.115
PDF reader: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC version 2017.009.20058

Client 1: (Prints fine on client 1)
Printer models and driver versions:
Brother MFC-L9550CDW driver version: 1.7.0.0; HP LaserJet Pro MFP 127fn driver version 11.21.0.2679;
HP Officejet Pro X576dw MFP PCL 6 driver version 61.155.1.16615

Client 2: (Margins are off and constantly need resetting)
Printer models and driver versions:
Brother MFC-L9550CDW driver version: 1.7.0.0;
HP Officejet Pro X576dw MFP PCL 6 driver version 61.155.1.16615

Client 2 is constantly having to print test pages, set margins, start print batch, stop and reset margins...... Any ideas are welcome. We've combed this forum and have not found any solutions.
