Hello Steve,

TSplus was not compatible with this new KB from Microsoft.
We have fixed this issue and your TSplus server should automatically update its core in the next couple of hours if it has access to internet.

You can speed up the update of TSPlus core by rebooting and waiting 3-5 minutes after the boot.
You should be able to install the KB again and everything should work fine now, sorry for the trouble.

If you had any issue with this KB again please email us at support@terminalserviceplus.com and ask for Adrien (it's me!), I'll do my best to help you.

Does this apply to every version of TSPlus?

Hello,

A new version of TSplus available now. This is the release number 10.40.6.29

This is our comment for this new version:

This version includes the latest compatibility fix for Microsoft's KB4022720 for Win 8.1 / Server 2012 R2.
Please note that TSplus kernel is automatically updated on every TSplus server with a working Internet access, so most of your customers' servers are already up-to-date.
This new version is only for offline servers without Internet access.

KB4025336 has the same problem!
We have no Update Service.
What can we do?

Microsoft did it again!
After KB4034681 or KB4033428 only 2 users can connect to the Terminal Server!

Hello Hoening,

The latest TSplus version is compatible with this KB without any issue.
Please update to our latest version - also note that if you authorize TSplus to connect to internet by itself, it will automatically and silently updates its kernel when required by new Microsoft updates.
