RemoteApp Install/Update problem since 9.30.5.30 [Solved]

Since the update 9.30.5.30 when installing the RemoteApp plugin (or with the auto update when connecting) we get the following error:
While troubleshooting, we got to the conclusion that the error was caused when downloading in HTTPS.
If we download the package in HTTP we have no issue... Same thing if we do a copy/paste with the file.
