Web Client on Older XP Computers

Version 8.10.3.28 with Web Client: I have all the users set up with the floating menu but when a client connects from an older XP computer they get a normal RDP background with the floating menu (i.e. they can’t see anything on their desktop because it is a full, solid RDP background). When the same user logs in from a new Windows 7 computer they see just the floating menu as it should be.
