I have two problems with the applications portal:
1. If I use HTML5 or Java client, several applications start at once when I try to launch one of my assigned applications. However they are all working like they should.
2. When using Windows client to access my apps seamlessly they do start one by one, but I get error messages from my applications. The error I am getting from my application is related to the "Start directory" (\\<servername>\<path>\) or "Command line options" fields (-c \\<servername>\<path>\<file> -y c:\<path>\<file1> <file2>).
I have tried running as different users, different server OSs (Server 2008 R2 64-bit and Windows 7 Pro 64-bit), different browsers (IE11 and Chrome) and different versions of TSplus without success.
Any suggestions? I also tried searching the forums but all search terms like application portal are "too common".. :/
