Web Services not starting

Version 7.40.5.14 web serversives not starting. java was taking 100% of resources. I ended task and restarted server and not https and ssh tunneling will not start in tsplus... Please help.

hello,
This issue can occur if you installed two different version of java on the server.
uninstall java and delete the java folder located in C:\Program Files x86\ then reinstall java 32 bits on the server and make sure antivirus or firewall software are not blocking HTML5service.exe and SSHtunnel.exe processes.
