Screen is scrambled

One user reports a screen corruption issue when using HTML5. The application screen looks as if it has been broken into blocks which have then been shuffled around like a puzzle. The other 20 users have no problem so I assume that it is a local browser or network issue but I can't see why it should have this effect.

What version of TSPlus are you using?
We had this issue a while ago, but it seems to have disappear in later versions.
