Invalid Password Message in Web Browser

Hi

I have a customer using IE11 on Windows8 to run an application we host on Windows Server 2012. When they export data into the webfile folder the web browser tells them the action is complete and they should click to download. When they click on the message they get an error message saying "The password is invalid" and they are unable to save the file on their local drive. We are using TSPlus ver7.7. What is causing this issue and how do I fix it?

I have attached and image because I am able to duplicate this problem on my computer as well. Everything works fine if I use FireFox so it appears to be a IE specific error.

P.S. I just discovered that if you add the site to the "Trusted Sites" the error does not occur.
