WE have ts plus on one of our main computers, and it works fine for the most part. However, quickbooks constantly crashes on the session that is active on the machine, but works fine on remote sessions. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
Thanking you in advance!

Re: quickbooks crashes
Hello,
I suggest you look for a documentation on how to set up QuickBooks for a RDS / terminal server environment which is very similar to TSplus. You can also launch quickbook in a remote desktop environment, it may give you an hint of what could be causing this.

Re: quickbooks crashes
I have the same issue, What is your version of the QB. Seems that the older version of QB is giving problem.
Still need to test more. Can you login as a different user id on the local computer and use quick books and see if that crashes too.
May be we need to setup the quickbooks in multiuser mode

Re: quickbooks crashes
Please post your QB verision. Seems it is not crashing with QB 2012. I am testing further and I think Tsplus has a big market for bringing the desktop to cloud on a minimal budget and without paying hefty recurring fees.
