Web Screen Resolution

I have a user reporting that sometimes when they log in via the web interface, their resolution is significantly lower than normal, and they can't see the whole screen. Logging out and back in fixes the problem, but it is annoying. Any idea what is causing this, or how to fix it? Thanks.

In order to prevent this issue from happening you need to have your web browser opened at the right dimension. The user session will be as big as the web browser window is. This was done for HTML5 so that any browser on any mobile devices could have a remote session of the right size.
