Web Password Doesn't Work

Using HTML5 web page, tsplus version 7.50.7.7. When the user opens the page, they get the username & password prompt. However, regardless of what they enter into the password field, it doesn't accept it, and always takes them to the Windows Choose a user and then Enter a password screens. Entering the proper password there does work. What am I doing wrong?

First of all, open an admin tool, go to the web tile / webmaster toolkit / preference tab and make sure you filled in your domain name if any, then click on 'Publish". Then try again, refreshing on client side with ctrl + F5 may help as well. You can also try to connect using a standard RDP client to make sure you enter the correct credentials.
