TSplus not picking up changes to AD groups`

Hello all 
I am trialing TSplus at the moment. It is installed on a windows server 2012 as part of a windows domain.
After initially setting up TSplus I decided to move the remote users who will be accessing this into a new AD OU.
Now no matter what I do when I go in to assign apps to users it still reflects the old list even after clicking update.
I have removed and reinstalled the latest version of TS, I have removed and re added the server to the domain but it still does not reflect the changes.
Has anyone come across this before???
