Trial Edition and Universal Printer

I have successfully downloaded and installed the trial edition from tsplus.net.

I have created a Remote Client using the Remote Client Generator
Under the Universal Printer Options I chose:
- Print on default printer - local driver included
When I run the Published application (using Seamless Connection) on the Client PC, it runs fine except it won't print anything.

When I try to print, It briefly displays a "TSPlus please wait" dialog which disappears and nothing happens.
I have also notice a dialog appear briefly when the Client starts that say's "Runtime Error 216".

Both the Server and Client Machines are running Windows 7 Home Premium Edition 64BIt.
I have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on both the Server and the Client PC.

Any help would be appreciated

Hello,

This may happen if you have a security software blocking the printing process such as an antivirus or firewall software. I recommend you to set up a scan exclusion rule on the following folder : C:\Users\Olivier\AppData\Roaming\RDP6
If the problem persist, generate a new connection client with "Choose your printer" as the printing options, it should work fine. You can also try a different pdf reader such as FoxIt which is much lighter than adobe acrobat reader.
If you still cannot print then I recommend you to open a support ticket to get the latest TSplus update.
