Remote destop boots users off

Post by komputatek » Fri Sep 13, 2013 9:09 pm

We had a virus on one of our systems, however we sucessfully removed it, but in the process we can no longer have multiple users logged into that computer. This particular computer has TSplus installed and it's a Windows XP pro SP3 system.

by multiple users I mean we can't have even 2 different users at the same time. As soon as one logs in the other is logged off.

Ive reinstalledTSPlus, Gone thru many of the settings, even the admin tool to allow only one session per user is not checked.

Any ideas?

Hello,

When a virus corrupted your server, it can lead to many unpredictable behavior such as this one. I recommend you to try to restore your server to a date prior to your virus infection. Unfortunately if this does not work you may have to reinstall your server.
