Remote APP Freezes

Hello all, I am working with a Win server 2008 R2 and WIN8 desktops. I recently encountered a problem with the TSPLUS Remote APP where the app freezes at certain points. It seems to happen when a pop-up window should appear. The remote app just freezes and the session needs to be ended from Terminal Services. This just started to happen within the last week. TSPLUS seems to work fine through the Seamless and RDP methods but each of those has their drawbacks. Anyone else run in to this issue recently? Thanks!

Hello,

The cause of this could be your antivirus or security software (firewall antispyware etc) blocking your connection client process from time to time. To prevent this issue from happening I recommend you to keep your TSplus up to date as we work hard to keep our product compatible with the most variety of softwares. Meanwhile you can set up a scan exclusion rule on the following path to prevent this issue : C:\Users\Name_of_the_user\AppData\Roaming\RDP6
