Does the seamless client time out for anyone? I have just a few clients with this complaint - say %15 of them.
We have a piece of software that we created a seamless app for and users access them out via exe's created by the client generator. After anywhere from 5 - 30 minutes of inactivity, the session stops working. It doesn't close the software and still shows 'active' in task manager under users.
However, the client experiences the following:
The app is no longer seamless, the background turns all black
TS Printer will not function
The published app will allow you to move around, however you cannot 'save' any information.
They have to exit and re-launch the app to get it working again.
Sometimes this 'timeout' is happening in just a few minutes, sometimes it will run for 15 mins w/out issue.
Anyone else experience anything like this?? I have several clients on the same server that do not experience this behavior. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,
When a user PC is losing its connection it can be for several reasons:
- Screen saver on the server
- Screen saver on the client
- Energy saving settings on the server, check hard drive power settings and network adapter.
- Group policy for inactive session.
