HTML 5 Client Doesn't Work

Hello

Love to use your product. Having issues with the HTML 5 Client.

The java client in browser and outside the browser works fine but HTML 5 will not.

Troubleshooting performed:

- Cleared cached
- Attempted multiple browsers (IE9, Firefox, Chrome)
- Attempted accessing from multiple PC's in the local network and outside the network using web access
- Attempted both Https and http connection
- Attempted with Firewall on and off (not being blocked as the java client works)

TSPlus Server Details

Windows 7 Ultimate x64
12 GB Ram
Intel Quad Core Proc
Dual 750 GB HD (Raid 1)
Latest Java installed
UAC disabled
Windows SP1 and all other updates to the fullest
TSPlus Version 5.95
Domain PC


It shows connection successful shows the light blue background and then a mouse icon in the upper left hand corner and then closes out with out loading.

Any ideas?

ello,

Open an admin tool, and click on "Web Management Tool". make sure all features are set to green. if not, click on "Restart Web Server".

Open a browser on the server, type in the adress http://localhost and open a connection using the "inside browser" mode. You should be able to open a session with a local or domain account.

If it still wont connect, reinstall java on the server and make sure antivirus or firewall software are not blocking http.exe and https.exe processes.

Troubleshooting performed:

- All features green
- Restarted web services
- Firewall completely turned off
- AV is Microsoft Security Essentials - Folder exclusion on TSPlus and wSession
- Java is a fresh installation of latest version
- Attempted local login via browser

No dice. It shows connected screen I get a little mouse in the left hand corrner. Screen just has the website blue background and then the page auto closes back to the login screen.

What else can I do?

Note:

Other troubleshooting performed

- Uninstalled TSPlus
- Uninstalled SP1
- Reinstalled TSPLUS 5.95
- Ran compatibility patch

still does not want to connect on HTML5 client. The java clients work fine.

This was resolved!

Edited the index file in the www folder. The port number since I had changed it from default had to be updated to point to the new RDP listening port.

:D
