Application Access

I am trying to add a specific shortcut to an application with the Admintool but I keep getting an error message for this particular application. It tells me that it cannot find the application even though it is copied directly from the properties of said shortcut. I have added a screenshot of the error along with the properties of the shortcut. Any ideas as to what might be the issue. I am testing this as a trial.
