Problem with global Hotkey

Hello, I'm testing TSplus and think I will buy a licence. But I have one problem: if I'm connected to my application and work in another application, i.e. Thunderbird I can't type a "F", because then opens the box for file transfer from TSplus. Can you tell me what to do? I'm using Win7 64 Bit.

Im TSplus Admin Tool wählen Sie links die Option "INI Dateien bearbeiten"aus.
Es werden nacheinander folgende Dateien angezeigt:
- AppControl.ini
- color.ini
- loadbalancing.ini
In der AppControl.ini setzen Sie den Wert hotkeyFTP=F8 oder hotkeyFTP= auf hotkeyFTP=F12 und speichern diese.
In der loadbalancing.ini ändern Sie ebenfalls den Wert hotkeyFTP=F8 oder hotkeyFTP= auf hotkeyFTP=F12 und speichern diese.
Danach starten Sie den TSPlus Server neu. Damit sollte das Problem gelöst sein.

Hi did this resolve the problem for you. Im having the same problem but will not be able to restart the server until everyones logged off later tonight.
