Firefox bug

Post by Steve » Tue Oct 02, 2012 10:36 am

Hello,

We subscribe to a web site that requires us to use FireFox. We are having constant problems with FireFox. It works until there is a Microsoft Update and then it freezes up. We have to uninstall/reinstall FireFox to get it working. We do not have problems with any other software - QuickBooks, Peachtree, Office 2010. Are you aware of any problems running FireFox with TSPlus? We are using Microsoft Security Essentials for internet security.
Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated!!

Regards,
Steve

Hello,

There is a parameter file somewhere in Firefox to allow multiple instances of Firefox on the same system.
I do not remember where it is saved but I did play with this a year ago. Here is some info found on google on the subject : https: //developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Mozilla/Multiple_Firefox_Profiles I hope it helps.

However, I recommend you to use Opera and I think you will not have such problem.
