SUPPORT NOT RESPOND ISSUES

Ok i have 4 TSplus licence
It's really really difficult to have support from us
Need 2-3 business days to have sendback
Please what to do, to have one support for my product ?
I have payed support and update for all my products

Hello,

We do address all support issues on daily basis except on week ends, however new operating system Windows 10 related bugs may take longer to process as this operating system is brand new. Use our ticket system for faster response.
