Hello jkuijt

we strongly wish team will be able to solve the HTML5 resize issue also for Floating Panel option on HTML5.

As you have written, also ourselves has selected the Floating Panel option (and users are happy for that) and not the Microsoft Remote Desktop (where resize works properly) not to give our users access to a full Remote Desktop.

If you have suggestions we kindly appreciate.

Thanks.

Hi team,

Any new ideas about this resize issue?
My customers don't understand why this can't be solved and have to completely logoff the session, then resize the browser window to make it big enough, and after that logon into a new session. So that the floating "application icons" are painted correctly in the bottom right corner. This is the only showstopper at the moment and when this is solved, the Floating Panel is EXCELLENT in the HTML5 client. ;-)

Best regards
Jeffrey

Sorry can you kindly re-check this point.

It seems latest version of today 9.10.2.23 broke the resize browser feature (with previous 9.10.2.22 it was working fine).

See "Still on browser resize.png"

Thanks.

Hello,

I have just installed 9.10.2.23 and here no problem at all with HTML5 resizing. Everything goes well, the same as in 9.10.2.22.

Best regards

Hello

thanks for the reply, but I re-confirm that (for my setup) something got broken in latest 9.10.2.23.

Let me try to tell better what I got on resize:

on browser resize the minimize buttons are moved correctly, but the background color NO.

See my picture "Still on browser resize.png" where you will see that the application minimized buttons are placed correctly (after resize), but the grey desktop NO.

It is not serious, because buttons are clearly moved and applications also, just wondering why BEFORE (on 9.10.2.22) it was perfect.

Thanks again.

Hi,

That is strange.
Here goes everything well after resizing, see screenshots.
