Printing in browser.

Post by AadGouka » Tue Feb 17, 2015 3:18 pm

Hi,

When using Universal Printer, a pdf-file is send to the clientmachine. Is there a way not
sending a pdf-file, but sending the printout directly to the browser and print from there,
like a webpage does.

Thanks for any reaction.

Best regards,

Aad

Hello,

The Universal Printer will always convert any print job to a .pdf file. However you can change its behavior when generating a connection client in the local resource tab : terminalserviceplus.com/docs/universal-printer
If you are using the web client, you can also tune it to your preference in the web tile of the admin tool / Windows/java Printing options.
