Unavailability of forum and tickets

Hello,
Our web-provider has experienced serious issues last night and we have lost a part of our forum and tickets data: all the tickets created from the 6th of November to today have been deleted.
The Team is securing the remaining data and will migrate to a more reliable provider asap.
If you were having a pending issue, please open a new ticket and provide a detailed situation so we can catch up!
We are deeply sorry for the disturbance.
