How to copy Let's Encrypt SSL cerificate from one server to another.

I am trying to find a way to copy a Let's Encrypt ssl certificate from one tsplus server to another. I have two servers behind NAT on one public IP and one FQDN published on different tcp ports. So far I have been manually renewing certificates on each server for several years. Now I want to automatically renew the certificate on one server and copy to the other. Is this possible ?
