I just upgraded to the Web Edition of TSPlus. Version 10.50.10.2
When I try to login from the HTML5 client I see the following message.
User not allowed to access this server!
Set user as admin or add to RDP group user list!
User "mydomain\user" on 127.0.0.1:3389
I can login fine using the windows remote desktop for all of my users.
Even if I set the user to Admin I still cant login.

Hello,
1. open new ticket here https://support.tsplus.net/scp/
2. and inside that ticket provide basic access to your problematic server with steps to reproduce the issue!
Don't forget to provide logon that you use to access per mstsc.exe
server: 127.0.0.1:3389
domain: mydomain
username: user

This was caused by a FIPS security setting being set. Someone (me) was probably trying to be way to secure when running an analysis tool many years ago. Thank you to the support team for figuring this one out.

Hello,
not exactly, FIPS remained but increased security by allowing SSL instead older RPD layer, however you should always let the client to choose it.
