We installed tsplus enterprise version unlimited users and updated with license key. After a week time the serial number got changed and we updated with new license key. Again after a week time the serial number got changed. We are trying to import the license and got message as the license file is invalid. Kindly do the needful to recover the license and keep us updated.
Our users are getting the trial license message and get annoyed of using the application.

This issue happens when changes are made to your hardware. For example if you do not use a static mac address because of server virtualisation or if you change the hostname of your server it will cause your serial number to change and your license will be invalid.
Open an admin tool, click on the license tile and click on “Activate license”. Reactivate your license located in the folder C:\Program Files (x86)\TSplus\UserDesktop\files
