When TSplus is installed, TSplus panel it is installed for all users, and all users have access to the TSplus Admin panel.

is it possible to limit the TSplus install to current user only, or install such that it is accessible from command line only.

The admin tool is available only for administrator account, set standard right to your users to prevent this.
