Over a week ago i requested a branded installer etc.
I received no reply to my request.
I registered a support account, and received no confirmation email, so cannot login to submit the support request.
I have enquired by email, facebook, in the absence of any other method of contact. i have no reply.
can someone please contact me about this, or give me some clue how to achieve this. our go live date has now seriously slipped because of this lack of communication which is a shame, the product fulfils out requirements very well.
any chance of a phone number? or a live chat?
anyone else suffering? has TSplus vanished?
