Hi,

Is it possible to create a TSPlus farm with two servers only?

Preferred setup for me would be:

One server with these three roles: Application server, Gateway server and Farm controller.
One server with only the Applications server role.

Yes this is possible, you will need two Enterprise licenses to do so.
