Network Drive Mapping

Post by rudger » Tue Feb 10, 2015 8:20 pm

Hello, I am currently testing the TS Plus software for a potential software rollout to some of my clients however the application I need TS Plus to run require a mapped network drive to be able to save files, this needs to be a public network share that any of the users who log into the software have access to,

I have looked through the documentation and tried to map the drive using Local Group Management policys but this does not work. My Current Machine setup is as follows

Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard
TSPlus release version 8.10.2.8 (evaluation)
Running in a workgroup with clients connecting to the server using HTML 5 app.

Many Thanks in Advance for any suggestions and advise

Rudger

Hello,

Follow this procedure : tsplus.net/support/kb/faq.php?id=25
and make sure your users have sufficient right access to your network ressource.

I have this same need. To map a network drive. I tried your link and it is broken. Can you provide an active web link with the instructions on how to map a network drive within a TSPlus client session? Thanks so much.
