I am new to both TSPlus and to setting Windows Server 2012 (actually any server). I read somewhere in the help that I could restrict my users' access to different resources so I decided to try to learn how.
Specifically, I need to restrict their access to only one folder on the server. Anyway, I went poking around in mmc.exe and now I have a problem. When a user tries to open a remote session, they get "This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer." If we click through it, the connection will eventually succeed.
I deleted the .msc file I had been working on and I rebooted but the same error keeps occurring.
I would appreciate any suggestions on how to find out where to look for the restriction so that I can remove it.
Thanks
Alan

Re: user restrictions
I resolved the issue as follows:
1. Restore the .msc file from the recycle bin
2. went through every setting and changed everything to "no configured"
I'll go back in and try to figure out how to restrict users' access after I do a bit more reading
